Bánh Mì Phương Nga is a small family business, new to Warnbro Centre this year. The food is prepped fresh behind the counter, the shop is kept spotless, and the lime green walls and street-food mural make it easy to spot.

“This for me is the best roast pork banh mi in Perth and I've had BMT from throughout Australia and Asia. Absolutely love the house made patè, crispy flavoured roast pork and buttered baguette. All the flavours come together with a big umami hit. And they don't use those cumbersome cardboard trays when they wrap it up so it's easy and less messy to eat. The Vietnamese iced coffee is also the best I've had. These guys know their stuff”

I was greeted warmly by a lovely gentleman who was prepping fresh food behind the counter, and my first impression of the restaurant was: wow this premises is SO clean! Great decor too. We ordered crispy roast pork Bahn Mi with chilli and their homemade deep fried roast pork spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce on the side. Both were exceptional, they tasted exactly like the ones we had in Ho Chi Minh City years ago. We've tried many Bahn Mi places all over Australia trying to find that authentic Bahn Mi taste again, and now we have. Happy to say we are their newest regular customers. 10/10.”

Located basically in the carpark at Warnbro, easily one of the best in Perth and genuinely worth the drive down for it.”

The bánh mì roll was perfect — soft on the inside with that beautiful crunch on the outside. The pork was incredibly tender, the pâté was amazing, and every ingredient complemented each other so well. Every bite was packed with flavour and tasted fresh and homemade. The beef pho was absolutely stunning — rich, comforting and full of flavour. You can tell this is authentic food made with passion. It was also my first time trying Vietnamese coffee! I'm usually not a fan of cold coffee, but I genuinely enjoyed this one. Such a delicious little treat and definitely something I'd order again. So happy to support this lovely family-run business.
